How is it Managed?
Each Co-Owner holds a share in the yacht, defined by a Co-Ownership agreement. This agreement outlines crucial details such as each owner’s usage rights, legal and financial responsibilities and agreed codes of conduct.
It also addresses decision-making processes, scheduling, dispute resolution, and the procedure for selling or transferring ownership stakes.
SwissClub Marine facilitates the setting up of this Co-Ownership agreement followed by full management of the yacht and the Co-Ownership arrangement through clear communication ensuring cooperation among owners to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all.
