Belassi is not intended for mass production. Every part is individually machined and assembled by hand and eyes to ensure exceptional quality for each and every marine hypercraft.

Manufacturing

• 108 hours of manual labour In order to produce one Burrasca a lot of manual labour hours are involed. Testing and assembling each part by hand is the only way to ensure that new standards are met.
• Hull, deck and hood manually painted Our team is crafting each product to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. We respect changing requirements and pour our passion into every single marine hypercraft.
• Everything under one roof In our facility we transform raw materials into the final product, everything managed in-house in order to be independent. Compositing, assembling, testing, everything happens in Leiben – Austria.

Materials

• 128 square meters of fibre glass The Burrasca is made mostly of resin infused fibre glass. Specially in areas like Hull, this type of material is a perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility. Comfort is still an important element to consider at high speed.
• 18 square meters of carbon fibre Also carbon fibre has an important role, it’s giving the proper stiffness in specific areas and also helps to reduce the overall weight. All the carbon parts are made of 3K Twill Carbon fibre.
• CNC Aluminium parts On the third position of the most used material on our products, there is aluminium. This lightweight material combined with CNC milling technology, gives us a supreme finishes on multiple parts.

• V shape hull Performance is not only numbers and top speed, it’s also cornering and having the feeling to control the vehicle in every moment. Our V shape hull gives you up to 3G in a corner. That’s like 3 times your body weight. Sharp and precise.
• Sound and acceleration We could stand here and describe our Burrasca for hours and hours, but in the end it is quite simple. It’s reving as a supercar and the sound is vibrating from the exhaust pipes until your chest.
